1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lagnever Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering for an account, installing the Lagnever mobile app, or accessing our web platforms, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Description of Services & Eligibility

Lagnever provides digital educational assistance, doubt solving tools, interactive flashcards, and conceptual study guides for school and university students.

Eligibility: Users under the age of majority (18 years in India) must use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on their behalf.

3. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree to use our Services solely for legitimate personal educational purposes. You shall not:

No Reverse Engineering:Decompile, reverse engineer, or extract proprietary algorithms, model prompts, or source code.

No Academic Dishonesty:Use the tools to engage in prohibited examination malpractice or unpermitted test fraud.

No Automated Scraping:Scrape, harvest, or crawl our endpoints without prior written authorization.

No Harmful Content:Upload hateful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal materials to the service.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

Platform Ownership: All rights, titles, and interest in and to the Lagnever platform, including software code, interfaces, graphics, brand trademarks, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Lagnever Technologies Private Limited.

User Content: You retain ownership of the study inputs, homework notes, and questions you submit. By submitting content, you grant Lagnever a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process and generate responses requested by you.

5. Payment Terms, Subscriptions & Refunds

Core educational features of Lagnever are accessible free of charge. Optional advanced capabilities and tokens may be offered via subscription plans or in-app purchases.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or localized currency inclusive of applicable statutory taxes (such as GST).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date via account settings.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Educational Disclaimers & Warranties

Pedagogical Purpose:Lagnever provides automated educational explanations and learning aids. While we use verified mathematical checking, educational technology should supplement, not replace, certified academic instruction. Users are encouraged to cross-reference primary textbooks.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Lagnever Technologies Private Limited, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination & Suspension

You may terminate your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting our team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use guidelines, engage in fraudulent transactions, or compromise platform integrity.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Rajouri / Jammu & Kashmir, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.
